WELCOME! Please fill out this New Member Application as in depth and honest as possible. Here at D1 Training we are not a “one size fits all” solution. Unlike others, we use a prescriptive process to build you a Custom Program that will best help you (or your child) accomplish your goals as quickly and easily as possible. In this application we need to understand where you are at now (current problems/pain), where you want to go (goals), and how serious you are about accomplishing your goals. Based on this info we can best SERVE you!
